Based in Perth, Western Australia, Marion is a Master Practitioner in NLP and brings a lifetime of passionate research into alternative health, as well as a dozen years in commercial kitchens, to the table as a Food Coach.
Since 2008 she has been a professional coach, mentor and educator through Food Coaching. In 2013 Marion published ‘Health Tips’ – a compilation of her research and newsletters from the first 5 years of her work. Marion’s fields of research include herbalism, chinese medicine, superfoods, enzymology, bio-live cuisine, and aromatherapy.
Outside of work, when not in her kitchen / ‘Laboratory’, or researching and studying, Marion may be found walking her dogs alongside the river or sea, taking pilates or salsa classes, traveling, gardening in her veggie patch, or designing rock-jewelry.
